“Que Sera Sera” (pronounced ‘ke sera sera’, it means ‘what will be, will be’ in Spanish). Our Life is revolving…. so ‘what goes around will certainly come around’. That was a new day, when I was hunting around the internet to find my purpose, my soul search with a coffee cup on my hand juggling through the sites.

Suddenly my scout was over and I encountered this meditational website called bluecliffmonastery.org. That was the onset of a new journey of my life. I dug into the website and plunged into the event section asking for enrollment to the ‘Teachers Retreat’ program which was to be held from August 1^st to 5^th, 2018. I immediately checked the address and to my delight it was just two and half hours’ drive to the Blue cliff Monastery, Pine Bush, New York.

My mind was excited about the program and I decided to give it a go. I mailed them my interest and waited for their turn to show up.

Being a foodie, I have been hitting the floors of the restaurants wherever I go. The time has changed and I see a vast difference now a days.

Three years ago, when I went to a restaurant I always used to see on an average restaurants  were 50-60% covered. Obviously, I can feel the difference today. That scares me if we are going towards the end of Traditional Stand Alone restaurants

Let me start with what I have learned recently from Joel Osteen, “If You say, I am an Idiot; I am an Idiot; I am an Idiot and the IDIOT is looking for you.” This is simple but very powerful line to make me realize why I am still afraid of saying “I AM”. Suddenly after watching Joel Osteen I realized that I have been so wrong with my “I AM.”

Before you start reading this small article wondering what is this all about, I would like to clarify you that, I am not trying to start an argument to justify BORDOLOIS OR BORDOLOI’S. It’s all about an Entity that, my Team and I collectively worked towards positioning into an Identity.
